3. Job Description:
– Introduce, consult, and sell aesthetic equipment and machinery provided by the company to customers.
– Develop business plans in line with the company’s growth strategy.
– Explore, approach, and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned area.
– Propose suitable products and business policies for customers.
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; seek new customers and maintain existing ones.
– Suggest initiatives to improve business operations.
– Collaborate with the accounting department to follow up on customer payments as per company regulations.
4. Requirements:
– Prior experience as a Sales Executive is preferred, especially in the fields of medical equipment, aesthetic devices, and cosmetics.
– Minimum education: College degree or higher.
– Strong communication skills, passion for sales, and willingness to travel for work.
5. Benefits:
– Income: 15 – 25 million VND/month (including: fixed salary from 6-8 million VND/month; performance-based sales commission; business commission bonuses).
